Great location, next to the Istiklal street and at the same time well-isolated from the outside noise. Really wonderful and always very helpful hotel team. All the necessary facilities were available. The price was reasonable.
A couple of minor things: 1) the plaster was quite often falling from the ceiling at the entrance of the room. 2) more robust hangers (and also generally more hangers) in the wardrobe would have been helpful.

The location is perfect: 100m to Istiklal!
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Price was very good.
The room we got was not the one we booked, because of that first-day impression was really bad. No sea view, no beatufil picture from booking.com. Our room was old. And after we got home we realized that we all were bited by BEG-BUGS!!! First we thought it's just mosquitoes, but all symptoms point that it's bed-bugs...

The best thing about the property were the receptionists. Extremely kind and hospitable, they made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They are the reason I rate it with a 10. The beds were very comfortable.
The room with two beds is quite small and it doesn’t really suit two adults, perhaps two children yes as the beds are quite small. There can be noise in front of the door given it’s at the ground floor and near the reception

affordable, in relevant district, right next to good bistro and mini market right across the street. The staff was attentative, balcony, single beds possible to put together, fridge available for own stuff
no mosquito nets. if you crank up the AC, main room gets really cold before the oter room gets lower temperature. shower holder had only one screw (it was designed for two) so it didn´t hold well. Bathroom door was noisy and last day the handle completely broke off
