The location, the friendly staff and the cleanliness.
When you find out how to get in the building..we were shocked of how the actual ground floor looked. (No fault of the Spanish Diamond owners) but those who own the building need to give it a paint job and clean it up so the entrance isn't a put off. I thought I was being scammed until I took lift 3rd floor where the air bnb Spanish Suites are and then we could breathe a sigh of relief as it is very luxurious. The pillows we found to be too hard.

I didn't get a room; I was paid. Instead of a room with a jacuzzi I got a standard small room
I arrived at the hotel, and I couldn't enter for 2 and a half hours, waiting outside for the entrance passcode
