Beautiful castle vibe. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very nice restaurant and an excellent breakfast.
Room was not very clean (surface clean but on closer inspection things like the shower head, grouting and bathroom tiles were not clean), cobwebs (although fitting for a castle vibe) in the corners (including a resident spider). Beds were very uncomfortable, not suitable for more than 1 night.

"Everything. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so on our trips to Germany.
Brilliant and friendly staff help to always make this our "go to" hotel when in the area."
