The location was amazing
Beds were comfy, and the warm lighting at the head of the beds was nice and cozy. We spent most of the time in the room with these lights on.
The space was larger than a typical hotel room, and the bathroom was comfortable to use.
Soundproofing was good, and the Public Bath was decent as well!
Lastly, the staff were endlessly helpful and assisted us in many ways. If anything, the staff was the best part.
The regular lights were too cool and made it feel sorr of like a hospital room.
The TV didn't have access to its smart TV functions, meaning we weren't able to use Youtube, Netflix ETC. but we should've done more research as it is stated.
The TV did come with a selection of Video On Demand media. However, it was quite limited, and nothing stood out to us.
The air conditioning didn't feel like it was quite effective enough, and the air felt quite stale and humid, especially after a shower.
Our room specifically didn't have a view as there was a neighbouring building blocking it, though other rooms may differ, we didn't get much natural light as a result of that.
It felt like the place was modern yet old in certain facilities, like the Tv and Laundry machines provided etc.

Rooms were very small, if you are traveling with one big suitcase can be hard to have it always open

Great location. Easy access to lots of attractions in Tokyo but still have very authentic local Japanese vibes

Location is good for getting around Tokyo.
The immediate area is a little seedy but still nice enough.
