Sundown Condominiums are in a great location. The balcony faces the bay where you can watch beautiful sunsets and fish off the dock. The beach is an easy walk across the street, as is The Crab Trap restaurant. The pool has been recently renovated and was very clean.

Loved being close to both the inland waterway as well as the beach. Loved the low key atmosphere, the balcony in the back. Managers very accommodating. Nice sidewalk for jogging.

We love this condo and are repeat visitors. Perfect location on Ole River and the beach is a short walk right across the street. Condo is wonderful and beds are comfortable. Appliances are great and we never have any issues. Pool is huge and hardly ever crowded. 10/10 highly recommend.
