About this house rental
35 minutes from Auburn — tucked away on a peaceful 1‑acre lot with 280 ft of private waterfront.
This is the kind of place that feels like the good ol’ days at the lake — a true, charming cabin that’s been lovingly updated with fresh finishes and a brand‑new, oversized living room.
It’s quiet. It’s private. It’s the kind of spot where you kick off your shoes, breathe deeper, and let the world slow down.
Inside, the cabin keeps its cozy feel with:
• 2 bedrooms • 2 baths (3rd Bathroom add-on for next season)
• Open kitchen + living area + Large Den with sectional and 85" TV
• Twin/full bunk beds for extra sleeping space
• New beds, linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen
Step outside to the large screened‑in porch — perfect for lazy afternoons, morning coffee, or family card games. The new open deck gives you room to spread out, grill, and enjoy the view.
Down by the water you’ll find a large covered & open dock, along with a floating dock — plenty of space for swimming, sunning, or just watching the ripples roll in.
Boats & PWCs in photos are not included.

This property is great for families with several children. The bunk beds were great and a very nice room for them to watch TV and associate. The dock area is very shady and a great place for swimming. Boat docking was very easy to the floating dock. Lots of outside porch areas with TV on the decks. Lots of parking on site, little bit tite for a 23’ boat and trailer, but we were able to turn around and park there. Close to several good places to eat by boat or car. Owner is very nice and wants it to be right. We would go back.

The house is described accurately. Very spacious with beautiful sunsets on the lake. We will definitely love to stay here again.
