Actually everything was quite satisfactory and my expectations were met well enoughđ The one big good thing about the hotel is that it is practically located in the center of the island, near to the border of its southern (Greek) part and you may visit Cyprus Republic as well if you have the Schengen visa. The staff here is very friendly, welcoming and responsive, rooms are clean, comfortable and with all necessary amenities (air conditioner, towels, sockets, refrigerator, cups, coffee, tea, unlimited fresh water etc.). The rooms go through check-outs regularly/once asked and breakfast is included in the price which is really m rare for Northern Cyprus with corresponding prices. In short, I highly recommend this one for those who is looking for convenient place with affordable costâşď¸
As for cons of the hotel, there is none I would really complain about. My assessment might me subjective or perceived but I donât think someone could really dislike it here unless they strictly prefer upscale top accommodations which naturally would be far expensive there.

I liked the location of the hotel the most and the helpfulness of the employees, especially the hotel owner, Mr. Ali. My room was clean and tidy. Another great part of the hotel was that it was in a very quiet and calm neighborhood, so my holiday was exactly as I wanted. I also liked the hotel's breakfast and garden very much. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a peaceful holiday with peace of mind.

the location was good, but difficult to find at first as the address on the map is not accurate. the price is affordable. the owner is kind.
the toilets had no shower gel, the towels were old and worn out. the bedsheets had stains, the blind were covered in stains, we could not have stayed over 1 day.
