Location was perfect for us, in the old town but not too close to the major attractions meaning we could easily walk to hustle and bustle but had a quieter more relaxed and local feeling neighbourhood with some lovely places to eat and drink. Apartment was very clean and well decorated, kitchen and some of furnature has been updated since the stock images. Bed was very comfy and a bonus was a huge wardrobe/cupboard which was great for keeping all our clothes and cases and mess put of the way.
Terrace was a bonus and sunloungerw were comfy. Welcome info pack was very well done, listing lots of tourist attraction/experiences and places to eat and drink by area, the tapas recommendatikn were great. Keylock box worked well for check in and out. Although we didn't meet our hosts in person Ramon was at the end of a whatsapp to answer any queries.
Terrace was overlooked which was to be expected given the narrow streets, would have benefited from muslin curtains too to prevent neighbours on taller building oppose being able to see in.
Sofa in lounge is sofabed so not as comfy as sofa but we spent most of our time enjoying seville so not an issue.

L'appartement est bien équipé et calme. Ne surtout pas avoir de voiture dans ce quartier.
A notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas été fait, ni le linge changé ! Le loueur n'a pas vite compris nos messages, mais tout s'est arrangé dans la journée.
