Een super gezellig appartement met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Goede wifi en zelfs een wasmachine. Ook veel huisraad en goede keuken om iets te koken.
Gezellig terras met zeezicht.
Op het strand heb je een prachtig zicht op Tafelberg en mooie zonsondergang. Op een kwartiertje rijden van centrum en luchthaven.
Niet zo'n aangename buurt om weg te gaan. Je moet echt wel naar Kaapstad zelf rijden.
Gebouw zelf is verouderd en je hoort de buren.
In het appartement staan iets teveel meubels.

everything was accesable in the unit. all that we required was there.
the Tv is way to small and could not be seen sitting on the couch maybe make another plan. and kill the tv.

We booked this property to enjoy our last days in South Africa. The apartment is located in a gated community which we felt safe and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and ready to do anything for making your stay pleasant.
Although this place is located on the beach with direct access, you need to have a car to go and visit other places in town. Almost 15 -20 minutes drive to Waterfront, 30 minutes to camps beach, and 11 minutes to the city center.
I would say it’s a good place for a short stay( with its current setup). If you’re staying longer than 2 nights, then you may consider other places.
The place is super super clean and the apartment area is excellent. However, it lacks important things;
1. The bed is small for 2 people
2. The TV screen is literally outdated and too small. Imagine the TV is linked to DVD!
3. The sofa is leather and old one which makes your seating uncomfortable.
4. There is no AC or fans! Better to consider this if you’re visiting Cape Town in a warm season.
If the above are upgraded, then the apartment would be much much nicer.
