wir wurden vom Vermieter vor der Unterkunft freundlich und pünktlich empfangen und zur Wohnung begleitet. Die Wohnung ist ideal am Hauptbahnhof in Wien im 5ten Stock. Eine ideale Wohnung um Wien und die Umgebung einfach mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr zu erkunden.
Es war das erste Mal, dass wir eine Kaution von € 500.- in Bar bezahlen mussten. Leider habe ich das auf der Booking.com Bestätigung übersehen und war ein wenig irritiert. Mit einer Kautionsbestätigung konnten wir uns einigen und die Rückzahlung erfolgt sogar einen Tag vor unserer Abreise. Ich bin der Meinung, dass eine entsprechende Versicherung das Problem lösen könnte.

Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und trotzdem überraschend ruhig. Wir konnten nachts sogar bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Apartment hat ein schönes Ambiente und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küche haben wir selbst nicht genutzt. Auch die gesamte Abwicklung war unkompliziert und angenehm. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft, die wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

A fantastic location and steps away from Vienna main train station, grocery stores and restaurants. A quiet location, away from old town, but reachable within minutes to any main attraction via the metro or trams. Spent 8 nights in this lovely apartment. A comfortable apartment and it was very quiet (great windows), and had a corner balcony overlooking the tracks and was great for watching trains. Mario was a gem. Such a great host. Super communication and any questions or requests we had were addressed quickly. Would highly recommend this apartment
