The view from this property is unbeatable. It was so beautiful to come out each morning and sit there with breakfast and the view. Also mostly very quiet being set back from the old town which I liked. Our host Zoran was also extremely friendly and helpful, they also organised a seemless airport transfer for us. We really enjoyed this beautiful spot.
Of course for the elevated spot there were a lot of stairs which we did manage a few times but if you have mobility issues you will have to catch Ubers. The buses were not very useful unfortunately.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a big, warm smile and received detailed, helpful information about the local area, including transportation options, great restaurants, and clear directions for getting to and from the apartment. I was even welcomed with a plate of delicious fresh fruit and some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the host was incredibly responsive, answering all my questions immediately without any delay. The information provided was thorough and very helpful, making my entire stay smooth and stress-free.
The location is amazing — less than a 10-minute walk to the Old Town! And the view from the apartment is simply breathtaking. I could honestly spend the entire day just sitting there, enjoying the beautiful scenery. It was that spectacular!
Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm hospitality and cleanliness to the fantastic location and unforgettable views. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to all my friends. A truly wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back!
Not really.

Excellent, very clean apartment with private, safe parking spot. The view of Dubrovnik from the balcony was amazing.
The owners were very helpful, with excellent communication both before and our stay.
When we arrived, Zoran gave us very detailed information about everything to know when visiting Dubrovnik.
Wish we had time to spend more days in the apartment. We would definitely return.

Our host was a wonderful gentleman. He spent some time with us, getting us equated with the area, giving us insight and recommendations for our stay. He also gave us a bit of recent history explaining the war (he was a veteran) .
