Improvement needed.
We did like that we had our own cleaning materials: we did use broom and vacuum cleaner on a daily basis. We loved the idea of the little fireplace though we did not use it since it was way too warm.
We did the book via booking.com- it was stated that we -besides the price- had a 156 Euro fee we would get back; as we were checking in, we were informed that the 156 Euro are a cleaning fee and we wouldn't get those back. Not a good start. Made the whole stay way more expensive than anticipated and not sure if I would have booked the apartment knowing this. Also the fact that we could have paid extra for bedsheets and towles...for the whole price the apartment were, not okay. We had to pay extra for our dogs yet there were NO dog supplies whatsoever- no bowls, no sleeping mat no nothing. That was very disappointing.
Anyhow, 156 Euro for cleaning...that's a lot and what we were offered -cleanwise- was not okay: to be fair, we were traveling either dogs and we had -of course- a dog apartment...nevertheless there were some things not okay: the curtains in the living room had holes on the lower end and were dirty with stains; the couch and the dining room chairs had holes and scratches and the couch and lovechairs were pretty beat (seriously, not a good look and not okay that there are dog owners who allow their dogs on beds, couchs, chairs), the cushions of the beds had yellowish stains and smelled so bad; good thing we had our own. We loved the fact that there was a Nespresso machine, yet it has to be cleaned. We tried our best to clean it but it was so overused and under cleaned that we eventually stopped using it after day two. The walls were dirty and worst of all: the shower. I thought it was a pretty clever and wonderful idea to have a shower double as a wet room sauna-only that we had black mold everywhere in that shower. We did not use the sauna function and showers were cut as short as possible.
The beds were for our liking way too soft and maybe a there should be an option to have firmer beds. The windows could also have nets to keep insects out. That would have been great.
We were not happy witht he AC / heating- we couldn't control it.
