I loved my seaview room and my little balcony, I could see the sunrise from my bed and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Lice and her family have been lovely and they cooked fresh meals everyday. The trips they organised were good and well priced. To reach the other side of the island, where it is less windy and easier to swim, there is a very beautiful 30 minutes walk.
I would have appreciated more variety with the meals honestly, but still everything was really tasty and also it's cheap, so I wouldn't complain.

Having a private bathroom with running water in the family room. Also Wifi was fine. The rooms are not maintained very well, but are still fine given the price. Main advantage is that they are easy to reserve. Only beds in the room No closet or desk to store anything.
It was very windy during our stay. Our room had broken windshutters in one window and no windshutters in the other window which made the room more airy than convenient.
The food was not as good as in other homestays. Portions were small for someone with a bit more appetite than average. Our last lunch was just bad and way too early at 10.30. There are no chairs to sit comfortably in the garden, there was too much wind anyway. It felt that the family did not put a lot of effort in making your stay comfortable, when comparing to other places we stayed.

The beach!! This place is good to stay for only 1 or 2 days. Other homestays seemed better
People in the village are standoff-ish. They don't make you feel included and just make the vibe really weird. Does not make you feel like you're a part of their family or guests. We even ran into one of the hosts at the store, and she didn't even say hi.. just ignore us like she didn't know us. The food was okay. It's edible, but not the best. My first night here was something from can food and not home-made. The bed is really hard
