A lovely apartment in a great position with the added bonus of a parking space and a terrace/garden. There can’t be many apartments as good as this for a holiday based in Camogli.
It was unusually hot and whilst ceiling fans help to keep the rooms cool, it would have been nice to have air conditioning maybe in one room. Having said that, we visited in 2025 when the weather was less abnormally hot and it was fine.

A cosy and characterful home with lovely interiors filled with art, paintings, and interesting lighting. The master bedroom opens to a beautiful sea view, and the garden and balcony are perfect for relaxing while enjoying views of the sea in the distance. The location is excellent — close to Camogli’s town centre and very convenient for driving to places like Portofino. Our host was extremely helpful and communicative, even coming to find us when we got lost on our first arrival, which we truly appreciated.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage etwa 15 Minuten oberhalb des Ortskerns bergauf gelegen. Morgens / abends den Blick aufs Meer zu genießen, war phantastisch! Die kleine Grünfläche vor der Wohnung war angenehm und uns für eine kleine Pause sehr willkommen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und sicher gut zum Kochen geeignet, was wir nicht probiert haben. Die Einrichtung / Dekoration gefielen uns gut.
Die Vermieter sind gut über BC oder WhatsApp erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat an verschiedenen Stellen Renovierungsbedarf, insbesondere die Tür zur kleinen Terrasse/ Grünfläche und die dazu gehörenden Fliegengitter / Glasabtrennung sind schäbig und wohl seit Hausbau in dem Zustand. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen und dadurch unbequem. Die Spiegel in den beiden Bädern sind „shabby“, das soll vielleicht so sein, aber im Bad will ich mich sehen / schminken/ rasieren und all das geht nicht mit solchen Antik- Spiegeln.
Was uns aber am meisten gestört hat, ist, dass nur ein Schrank einigermaßen nutzbar ist, überall sonst ist alles voll mit Kissen, Bettzeug, Handtüchern, Büchern…, sodass die die Sachen der Gäste kaum Platz finden. Auch war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich okay geputzt. Die Fußleisten, Fenster, zT Schränke sind dreckig.
Über manches davon könnte man bei einem anderen Preis hinwegsehen, aber eine Nacht war in der Nebensaison so teuer, wie gute Hotels im Ort. Wir hatten wirklich eine perfekt geputzte, gepflegte Wohnung erwartet, die nicht neu möbliert sein muss. Aber eben besser gepflegt sein sollte. Da wir sehr oft in Italien Wohnungen buchen, haben wir viele Vergleichswerte und diese Wohnung ist ihren hohen Preis leider nicht wert.
