Nie wieder, sehr enttäuschend
Das erste was uns beim Betreten der Wohnung entgegenkam, war ein extrem modriger und muffiger Geruch. Die Ursachen waren auch schnell gefunden: schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche, eine dicke Urinsteinschicht in der Toilette, eine versiffte Dunstabzugshaube, aus der schon das ranziges Fett lief, schwarzer Schimmel an der Besteckablage und im sehr abgenutzten Spülbecken, Pflänzchen die aus der bereits modrigen Spüle wuchsen und ein versiffter Backofen. Sowohl die Betten, als auch das für 19,90 Euro extra bezahlte "Wäschepaket" pro Person waren fleckig. Die Betten waren nicht einmal bezogen. Der Duschvorleger und das Spülhandtuch waren nicht Bestandteil des Wäschepakets. Diese musste man einzeln dazubuchen. Das haben wir so auch noch nie erlebt.
Die Wohnung wurde vor Anreise (und nach dem Verschmutzungsgrad zu urteilen, lange davor bereits) nicht mehr gereinigt. Unter dem Bett lag neben Schmutz auch noch eine Corona-Maske und diese muss seit ca. 4 Jahren niemand mehr nutzen. In der ganzen Wohnung lagen noch Haare und die Fußböden, als auch die Couch waren neben Schmutz auch voller Sand. Besonders die verschmutzten und mit Haaren übersähten Ablagefächer/Körbe im Bad, waren besonders ekelerregend. Verdrecktes Geschirr in den Küchenschränken. Die daraufhin über das Vermietungsbüro eingeforderte Reinigung hätte man sich auch sparen können. Dieselben Damen, die für die Reinigung zuständig waren, wurden am kommenden Tag auch als "Hausmeister" angekündigt, um die Dusche zu reparieren, da aus dem Schlauch viel Wasser daneben spritzte. Anstatt nun den Schlauch und den Duschkopf auszutauschen, der ebenfalls total verkeimt und mit Kalkstein verkrustet war, haben die "kompetenten" Damen nur den Schlauch erneuert, mit dem Resultat, dass das Wasser an der gleichen Stelle wieder herausspritzte, weil der alte Duschkopf nicht auf den neuen Schlauch passte. Also wäre das meine Wohnungen hätte ich mir längst eine professionelle Reinigungsfirma gesucht.
