Wir erlebten zwei herrlich ruhige Wochen mit wunderbaren Gastgebern an einem paradiesischen Ort. In dem kleinen Häuschen ist jeder vorhandene Platz optimal genutzt und man kann sich richtig wohlfühlen. Meistens saßen wir ohnehin draußen – am Pool oder an einem schönen Sitzplatz unter Olivenbäumen. Das gesamte Anwesen ist ästhetisch gestaltet und ausgesprochen gepflegt. Der Blick auf Capri atemberaubend, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang von der Dachterrasse aus.
Die enge Anfahrt ist kein Problem, wenn man sich auf den Rat und die Tat von Marianna und Sigfrido verlässt und das Auto nicht zu breit ist 🙂. Die beiden sind unfassbar nette Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich gleich als Teil einer italienischen Familie aufgenommen, die sich stets hilft. Egal, ob es um Tipps für Aktivitäten (plus Reservierung) von Capri, Amalfi, Kochkurs oder Restaurantbesuchen geht. Egal, ob es um das Organisieren von Benzin geht, wenn die Tankstellen bestreikt werden.
Der Abschied fiel uns schwer. Etwas erleichtert durch die eingepackten von Marianna und Sigfredo selbstgemachten Dinge, die uns noch lange an unseren tollen Urlaub erinnern: Mandarinenmarmelade, Pesto, Limoncello und Olivenöl.
Es war einfach wunderschön. Und wir haben zwei Freunde im Herzen mit nach Hause genommen. ♥
Dazu gibt es nichts zu sagen. Es war alles toll!

We had such an amazing time at B&B La Quiete. It's a beautiful B&B at an amazing location and what made it the best place we've been to was the host Marianna and her family, so caring and thoughtful. We came as strangers but left feeling like we said goodbye to family.
Marianna already contacted us before we started our honeymoon to congratulate us on our wedding day. Even more thoughtful was that she arranged a cake saying 'happy honeymoon' when we arrived, which felt so special and tasted amazing!
From the amazing breakfasts (incl homemade goods by her and her mom), to giving us tips for trips and helping us arrange them (arranging transport, contacting people for workshops, reserving restaurant spots etc.) to checking if we needed anything extra. Nothing was too much to ask.
We had some wonderful trips to Capri and Pompei, had amazing diners at the agriturismo next door (incl. pizza night), and had a lovely cooking workshop at Mamma's Cooking Experience (see my separate Google review for, 5 stars). We wanted to do more but unfortunately the weather was bad so we stayed inside for one day as well.
Thankfully the B&B is a beautirul, clean and cozy spot with a wonderful bed, a very nice kitchenette and bathroom so it was no problem staying in. We had everything we needed but of course if you can use the outside area it's even better because the garden with the swimming pool and the views from the B&B are amazing.
Regarding the trip, we came by car. There is a parking spot for the car at the B&B but since our car was a bit too big for the narrow drive to the B&B Marianna and her family arranged a safe parking spot at the agriturismo next door and her husband picked us (and our heap of luggage) up from the parking lot to take us to the B&B, which was perfect.
We are definitely planning on coming back!

Beautiful, there is nothing not to like! Clean, great attention to detail.
