A lovely, clean property in a great location, with the added bonus of free parking and easy access to Funchal’s main att

The property was very clean and lovely. Having free parking was a great bonus, and the location was excellent, with easy access to Funchal’s main attractions and things to do.

The soundproofing could be better, as we could hear almost everything from the upstairs neighbours, including their footsteps and conversations.

Stayed here before and returned because of location and good communication with the owners.

Good location. Basic but good value for a couple of nights.

Very good location with a 10 minute walk into the main bit of town. One of the reasons we chose this was for a car parking space, which was handy, however: just be aware that in total there’s about 7 spaces, and if all gone you then need to use the paid parking round the corner so getting a space early can be worth it. They’re also extremely tight to get into (it took a bit of manoeuvring with our Seat Ibiza). Clean enough. Large living area. Check-in was easy with codes sent at 14:30.

Kitchen is tiny- I would only wanting to be using that for very basic use for a day or two. Sofa had a few dirty marks on. In the morning the bathroom had bit of a drain smell.

Nice room, good bed and pretty good location

Breakfast was shit. Just a plastic bag on the door handle with some breads, slices of cheese and ham, no coffee. Please don’t take this breakfast!
