Hospitality of the staff was excellent. Rooms were clean with good house keeping services.
Staff frequently checked for any needs and also helped with cab for ghat.
Location was also fine even though it appeared a bit far from har ki pauri. Good dhabas nearby but a long detour to come to hotel due to ongoing flyover construction near the hotel.
Cab operators operating through hotel need to be managed better as the driver was not appropriate in behaviour and was forcing us to go to another small Ghat when we had expressed clearly on what we needed.

Quiet. Has all the comforts.
They had a big part of the restaurant reserved for some people. They were a bit rude telling us where to sit. The guy at the reception was quite rude. When we asked for the location, he said go look at google. I think he is new from what I was told but at least he can be polite. The room key did not work multiple times.
