A warm reception from our hosts Mel & Julian. The house felt welcoming with walls of pictures & paintings. Many painted by our host Julian who we understand had sold some to previous admiring guests.
The bed was comfortable and warm.
The highlight of our stay was the Full Welsh Breakfast preceded by a taster course of fruit & yoghurt plus ample coffee. My wife's intolerance to gluten & lactose were catered for.
Julian was able to secure us a place to park outside on our arrival.
While being well appointed, the bathroom, toilet & bedroom were a little cool.
On street parking nearby can be difficult. [Swansea dedicates 50% max (seems like 80%) of it's residential on street parking to permit holders only].

What a great little find. Nestled in the hills but not far away from the main road and access to shops and other facilities. Loved the bed and all of those little details that are sometimes missed by hotels and other short stays places. Clean, tidy, free street parking and the host was brilliant. Great little breakfast too, no complaints. :)
