The room is spacious and clean.
Nothing. Everything was perfect and satisfying my expectation.

I like river view from the hotel but unfortunately the glasses of the window so dirty.
Please make up or clean or wash your glasses window so that your guests can see the river view clearly.

Impressive looking for Sibu from the outside. General cleanliness and reception staff were warm and welcoming, and the concierge service. Laundry service had an exceptionally quick turnaround.
I was bitten to death by bedbugs so badly I had to sleep on top of bed with trousers and socks on. One day my room was not made up, I had no sign to use to request clean, and I had to call housekeeping only to see very unhappy looking cleaning staff with long faces at the door . The WiFi was slow too.
