Central location, close to train station, nice area, owner was nice and replied fast.
It was a little smelly like basement. But not too bad

The property was very convenient to Bari Centrale train station. It was a short 10-12 minute walk. It was also close to Bari Oldtown and the pedestrian friendly Downtown. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable. There is a great breakfast restaurant 4 doors down from our room. This could be a great place except for the issues I'll discuss in "What didn't you like?"
The "kitchen" facilities were very lacking. We didn't feel comfortable using the refrigerator because of cleanliness issues. That was the same with the washing machine provided. Overall cleanliness was not great. The unit needs some TLC. I would suggest the description of the unit and photograph are "flowery". This unit would be better for a single person, since the size of the hot water tank doesn't allow for comfortable showers for two people one right after the other. It wouldn't take too much to make this accommodation into a 9 out of 10 if the issues mentioned could be addressed. It definitely has the potential and I don't think the costs would be huge.
