It’s very cozy.
Location, as it’s not close to the City Centre

Concise check in & check out. Very clean room. Better than expected.
I couldn't use the shower. Water temp & pressure went from zero to blazing. The owner must have known about this.

I was impressed with the security features - lighting, keys, etc, and the host who welcomed me and helped me with my luggage. The area was a lot nicer than I expected, lots of trees and shrubs
I found parking rather tricky, but then I'm not used to cities. Some shelving in the shower would be useful

The room and access to the property
The entrance hall and stair wells did not feel welcoming

And the cleanliness was amazing…."
