A nightmare – WE DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION!!!

NOTHING!!!

IIf you are looking for a quiet location, this is certainly not the place. We had to call the police on the very first night because a wild party was going on—and these parties happened every evening. You can see the condition of the villa in the photos; the actual state does not match the pictures shown on Booking at all. The owners have four villas, and we only found out which one we would be staying in the day before arrival. The worst part, however, was the owner's attitude. He was rude, insolent, and impolite. As soon as we paid for the accommodation, we received aggressive messages via Booking listing all the things he planned to deduct from our deposit—even though the villa was in a dilapidated state and the owner was an extremely unhelpful, aggressive person. The final straw was the intense pressure to shop at his store. There were about ten advertisements for the shop in and around the villa, and we received several messages about it as well. We did not use the shop. When the owner came to collect the deposit and saw bags from a different store in the villa, he started acting like a madman. He opened the fridge, saw the groceries inside, and started shouting at us, asking why we hadn't shopped at his store. When we objected, he claimed we were insulting him. After taking the €450 deposit for that wrecked villa, he refused to give us any receipt acknowledging that he had received the money from us. When we contacted him via Booking.com on our lawyer's advice, he acknowledged receiving the money but added that he would deduct a fee from the deposit for such "unsolicited messages." We contacted Booking.com, reported him, and opened a dispute for compensation. This angered him; he refused to acknowledge the claim for compensation and stated that he would only return the deposit if we dropped the dispute. It was blackmail. We wanted our money back, so we dropped the dispute. Nevertheless, after we returned, Booking.

Ideal location, would recommend to everyone

We had a very nice short stay. The location is ideal. Very quiet and close to everything. The owner has a supermarket in the area, which we found to be the cheapest.

No privacy

Nothing

Very rude owner. Before the check-in I got a long-read message that I should not try to reach the owner by the messangers, otherwise I will be fined. I can write only in booking.com and get a reply up to 2 days. The facilities were pretty worn out, the courtyard was very dirty, pillows were terrible. I could not open the safe box and I wrote to the owner, then he came at 9 pm without any warning, when my family was preparing for a sleep - I said that he had to warn me that he is going to come and he answered: I dont need to warn you, this is my property. Also at one day a pool cleaner just entered the courtyard without any knocking. Overall very unpleasant stay and no privacy
