A great base from which to explore Freycinet National Park. The location was excellent - good views of the park, right next to the jetty for the cruise, and close handy to the shops. The front verandah is an excellent spot for a sundowner - and the daybed in the main bedroom was a super lounging spot. The stars at night were amazing.
The house is newly renovated and comfortable but has a bit of an impersonal feel. The bathrooms are modern and clean but not inviting - and several of the fixtures are a bit skewiff (mind the door on the second bathroom, which slides open of its own accord). No games, DVDs, magazines or brochures of what to do nearby.

The house was modern with plenty of heating options including a wood fire with some wood provided. The bay window in the bedroom at the front of the house had a view to die for over the Frecinet National Park and it was my favourite part of the day to curl up by the window and stare at the view.
House was pretty much perfect, only thing to improve was a better clothes hanger to dry clothes but otherwise had everything including herbal tea.
