Scary location. Ok for one night. Host not at all helpful with needed receipts for stay.
Hard to find, under construction. Far from everything. Worst part—host would not provide receipt for stay. Very unresponsive. Avoid this place at all costs!
Off the beaten path, host not responsive to business requests—for a receipt for stay. Also, not king size beds. Apartment with a bedroom for us with twin beds.

SCAM LISTING -Beware!
There was nothing likeable at all.
I have been a loyal customer of Booking.com for many, many years, and I have never tried to get refunded for an erroneous booking until now. We left immediately after encountering this terrible apartment and thankfully found a real Hotel at the last minute on Booking.com. We had driven around the neighborhood twice trying to find this facility. I believe that I was duped by the way this scammer "Bocha" represented their facility by showing it as a beautiful, clean Hotel with shared bathroom in the pictures which it is not. This was FALSE ADVERTISING! In fact it is nothing but a terrible neighborhood apartment building under renovation with filthy dirty windows, toxic air and construction going on outside. I felt unsafe. I walk with a cane I was not able to navigate the many stairs both inside & outside, and a ramp in the front, none of which was depicted in his advertisement on your Booking.com site for a Hotel room. The shared bathroom was dirty and had dirty wet towels hanging inside. There were also somebody else's shoes and belongings in the living room. I had been unable to locate the past reviews on your website when I made the reservation, otherwise I would have seen the many other customers who were duped like me. How can you allow this fraudulent scammer to continue to do business on your site? After we arrived we were led through a maze of doors, a keybox and stairs to the room, (all done over the phone) where we saw the room with a fixed window covered with splattered renovation chemicals, and that it was stifling hot with no way to cool it down.
Booking.com has always been a good site for me and I have depended upon it for most of my bookings over the years. Please be aware that you are losing my business, because of your bad business practices and lowered standards which can not be trusted.
