The staff was amazing. The ambiance is chilled and relaxing. The views are spectacular.
The outdoor swimming pool was very cold.
The tourist coaches idling outside reception were noisy and polluting (our room outlooked the hotel entrance)

Outstanding hotel. Excellent spacious room with comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast and dinner options. They have 2 swimming pools, sauna and massage services. Only a 10 min drive to the visitor centre to start the Petra visit.
