Very comfortable for a group of seven. The apartment is large, spacious, and ideally located in Kolonaki.
The soundproofing was inadequate, both from outside noise and between rooms within the apartment. Additionally, some of the windows were not properly sealed, allowing cold air to come through, especially at night when temperatures dropped.

The location is in a very good neighborhood of Athens and in the city center in walking distance from all touristic attractions and bars and restaurants. We appreciated the washing machine. In general it is a nice appartement in the heart of Athens but it needs many improvements to upgrade category. However the price for 6 people was acceptable for what we got in return.
We were a group of 6 (3 couples). The appartement has 2 normal rooms and a living room space that is converted in a room with 2 singe beds. There is only one bathroom and 2 toilets which make it difficult for big groups. Almost all the air conditions were making an annoying noise when on and some of them are pretty old. Also, there were no shampoo and shower gel in the appartement. However, when we asked they brought us but with a considerable delay.
