Our stay was 36 muhlenweg. We love being so near the mountains, river and farm. During our stay we saw the full moon rising above the karwendel mountains and moon set in front of the yard. The hourly train was fun for me and the goaties in front of were cute. We are in between nature. Loved their sauna facility! You need to book in advance by writing your name. The sauna is located in unit 38’s basement. We enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and their shower has very strong pressure. The kitchen has almost everything we need. Only thing is the coffee machine, you need to buy coffee powder. They got filters in the cupboard. The pans, pots, kettle, oven and microwave are all clean and in good condition. Dishwashing detergent and cleaning sponge are provided. We didn’t use the dishwasher as there’s no need. Thank you for this stay! It was wonderful for us!
The bed and sofa bed isn’t very comfortable for us. And the floor wasn’t mopped 🥸 sorry I’m picky. Other than that we’re good with everything else.

Location, it’s spacious, very appropriately furnished with good comfortable beds, sofa, dining table.
Wifi- practically nonexistent.
Check out time at 9. I missed seeing this while booking. Probably would have changed my mind. 4 pm check in and 9 am checkout is practically half a day shaved off. I can’t agree that cleaning can’t be done in 2 hours max.
Washing machine is required for apartments renting out to families wanting long stay guests. It’s not practical for families to stay for long without the washing facility.

The apartment is in a quiet area and was clean and comfortable.
We didn’t have any significant complaints. The bathroom had a tub/shower combination with a shower curtain, as opposed to a free-standing shower which we tend to like better.
