Check in was at 3pm, we requested an early check in if possible as arrived in the morning - the room wasn't ready when we arrived so we changed and went to the beach and they called at 2pm to say the room was ready :)
The staff on the check in desk could've been a little friendlier with a smile on their face.

After our Barcelona to Nottingham flight was cancelled due to floods, getting home required a massive detour, and we ended up having to route through Mallorca. I simply picked Bimbolla Apartments out of available options within a reasonable budget, and it turned out to be an absolute lifesaver.
Despite it being past 11 PM, the lady at reception replied on WhatsApp within a minute, immediately sending clear instructions with a map. Check-in went without a single hitch.
The next day, even though we had checked out by 10 AM, she was genuinely warm, welcoming, and hospitable. She allowed us to use all the hotel facilities without restriction and even booked a taxi for us for 8 PM. The whole vibe felt so cozy and homely that we genuinely didn’t want to leave.
Yes, the rooms and furniture are simple and clearly older, but given the price, it was the deal of the century. More importantly, everything is fully functional, spotless, and clearly well-cared for — you can even see touches of careful maintenance, like a previously damaged countertop that had been neatly fixed, puttied, and repainted to match. The grounds are clean and well-kept, and the location is super convenient.
If you're looking for sterile luxury, look elsewhere, but if you want genuine care, comfort, and an unbeatable price, this place is unbeatable. Thank you for turning a stressful travel nightmare into a wonderful experience!
The only tiny thing to improve is connecting the twin beds that form a double. Since they aren't fixed together, they tend to drift apart during the night, leading to the dreaded middle-gap slide! A simple half-euro connector bracket underneath would solve this instantly and take the sleeping comfort to the next level. Everything else was wonderful!

Location was amazing however, the facility needs a bit of love. Showers at the main pool are not working, the restaurant is not working. The cleaning Service is shocking as there's none during the stay it's kinda 'do it yourself'. They do not replace toilet paper, the towels were supposedly meant to be changed on the 3rd day of arrival, we put all the towels on the bathtub as indicated, we arrived at 7pm and the towels were never replaced. We had to go to reception to pick up some pool towels in the meantime. We had small children and this was extremely inconvenient for us.
