Hotel property is Great but needs to replace the staff

I like location , and the room was clean and wide space , all machine you need is available makes you live at home relax .

Building entrance not related to the hotel it's hired for clinics Staff are uneducated they are un suitable to work at hotels They should welcome 🙏 the customers and serve them as much as they can .. Moreover no one doesn't know a single word of English

We checked out 4 days early as couldn’t stay due to the smells and mould and staff would t refund remaining days. Don’t

The room size was good. Facilities are old and need updating.

Stunk of cigarette smoke. Asked to move rooms which they did promptly. The new room was mouldy and stunk.

The bathroom was old, not too clean we even experienced cockroach 🪳 in there it was sickening

Spacious Stay in a Great Location with Good Value for Money

We had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight of the place was definitely the size of the room—there was plenty of space to move around, which made a big difference, especially while traveling with a child. It was well-equipped with a mini kitchen, washing machine, fridge, and all the necessary essentials, making it feel very convenient and homely. The layout was quite unique, with the bed located upstairs and a staircase inside the room—something my kid absolutely loved (he kept going up and down all day!). The bed itself was very comfortable, and there was ample storage space with a cupboard and plenty of room to keep clothes organized. The living area was also spacious, with a nice sofa to relax on. The bathroom was decent and even had a hand sprinkler beside the toilet, which is a thoughtful addition. The location was another big plus. There’s a convenience store just a building away, and plenty of restaurants and spots within walking distance. Beijing Road is about a 25-minute walk, which made exploring easy. One of the best parts of our stay was the evening walks by the riverside, just a few steps away—it was peaceful and really added to the overall experience. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay, especially for families.

One downside was that the room felt a bit old and slightly worn out, with a faint damp smell. The bathroom in particular seemed outdated and could use some renovation. Additionally, the lift was quite dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which didn’t leave a great impression. That said, considering the price and overall value, it was still manageable for our stay.

Superbe appartement 901. Très spacieux et propre, tout le nécessaire est fourni. Un grand merci à la gentille femme de ménage pour le soin qu'elle a apporté au nettoyage de la chambre et pour avoir veillé à notre confort.
