The staff are amazing. The place is a great value and the beach is close. If you rent a motorbike or have a car, it's easy to get around on this slower paced end of the island.
Mostly great, just not the best if you are walking.

Big room size
Lovely staff + a friendly cat
Have to walk on the road (no pavement) to restaurants/beach. Local areas so not many exciting things happening around. Even 7eleven is a bit of a walk.

The room was very large and clean and also had a kitchen area with a sink and fridge. The WiFi was good and there was also a TV with English channels. It was very peaceful and the people running it were very helpful and accommodating. It was close to the Soi Dog Sanctuary where I was volunteering.
The pool was great but it would have been nice to have colder water! The TV was a bit small and a sofa would have been nice.
