I had a wonderful stay. Vivian was incredibly helpful and welcoming, recommending a good restaurant, advising me on where to go for a boat ride, and helping me find an English-speaking tour guide.
Breakfast and coffee were included, and I was also treated to some lovely homemade snacks on arrival and on another day, which was a really nice touch.
The room is modern, comfortable, and really nice. The location near West Lake, rather than in the city centre, was good.
When I lost my key, Vivian was very kind and happy to provide a replacement without any fuss.

The stay at Rock&Wood was incredible! Vivian exceeded all expectations and have set a new standard for what is comfort and warmth and hospitality! The care she puts into your stay is heartwarming and the breakfast she had, delicious! I only wish we had more time to stay and hang out with her! Vivian provided so many helpful recommendations and I truly appreciate her communication prior to and during our stay! The stay is very close to West Lake (on the quiet side) and it does not disappoint! 20/10 would recommend to stay!
