The place has great potential but the host needs to up their game. Administration is really bad and I honestly wouldn’t

The apartments have good privacy as you each have your own entrance to your rooms.

The communication with the host was so bad. I got to the place about 30 minutes before my check in. The postcode is not accurate so i had to guess my way around. I tried to call the host and left 15 missed calls. Eventually they called me back, and gave me the correct postcode. They also told me the correct apartment number and room number, including the PIN codes for the entry. These were all different from what I got on email when I booked. I finally got to my room about 20 minutes after check in, only to find the room very dirty from the previous occupant. The housekeepers hadn’t cleaned so I had to wait another 20 minutes. The bed was done so untidily. The studio I had booked seemed to just have been painted and the scent of paint was so strong that I had a headache the first three days. They were no pots or cooking spoons so I had to call the host again who then had the ‘pots only’ delivered the next day. FYI, how the bed was made definitely doesn’t look like the ones on the pictures of the apartment. There was only one small flat pillow. The painting was good, but, it’s definitely not healthy to have people book in a place that has just been painted and has those strong paint fumes. The appliances such as the stove and microwave had faint digits, I had to guess my way around them. All I can still smell is paint, and this is a day after leaving the apartments 😩😩😩
