We had a great stay here! The staff were very attentive and accommodating, and we really appreciated being able to check in early as soon as our room was ready. The location is excellent, right in front of São Bento Station and within easy reach of many of Porto’s main attractions. Everything was convenient and made exploring the city so easy. We would definitely book here again!
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location was fantastic and very comfortable.
Shower drain was a little blocked.
9 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
Location excellent. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We took advantage of the 10% discount at their lovely restaurant (twice) Room was spacious and well appointed Easy access and excellent communication via email and WhatsApp
Can't think of anything we did not like
6 / 10Average·Oct 2026
location was very good, central and easy access to sites and River.
Bathroom was very small, no shelf for toiletries. Even though 'triple glazed' still fairly noisy. But we live in the country side so only use to Owls and very occasional car passing by. Not enough bed pillows, and the ones provided are too soft.
