Access & check in at the property was communicated well and easy to follow. The room was really spacious and clean. It is in a great location in the historical part of the city close to attraction, restaurants and the main train station. Everything we needed and expected to be there were provided. The view from our room across the city was really nice and included the volcano.
The bathroom was quite narrow in our room, and the space to enter the shower limited. This would be Ok for most guests. My husband just happens to be quite large so he struggled.
The toilet seat was loose, and would shift when sat on. This can be quite unsettling, and I'm sure quite an easy fix.

Very clean and well finished apartment. Host was very accommodating and really helped us out on the last day when we needed to store our bags. Location was very good and only ten mins walk from the train station and a tonne of cafes, food places and great clothes shops.
The bathroom is very cramped

Very clean and tidy room, with all the facilities needed. Good communication with the owner and easy self-check-in.
The area is a very busy one therefore the Aircon is a big plus as the windows couldn't stay open because of the street noise.

It was a really nice and modern place, especially for the building it's in. The room was very big and the hosts were very flexible and accomodating for the time that I wanted to check in.
The location was a bit intimidating for me considering I was solo travelling, and had I not tried the keys out earlier during the day, I would've been much more anxious at night as it takes a while to get the hang of. The rooms seemed as though they shared a key or something due to the keyhole which didn't make me feel very comfortable. The room was quite clean, apart from the sheets and pillow case which looked like they had some stains.
