Very clean hotel, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff, good location, excellent views from the balcony, walking distance from city center
Cleaning time was very late between 5 and 6 pm. I traveled with eldery people and they needed some resting time in afternoons and their room wasn’t done. I complained that their room hadn’t been cleaned in two days and the next morning our rooms were made while we were at breakfast.
This hotel has management problem. The bar is open in theory but no bartender, needs to call from restaurant, then they were out of cognac. The lounge is boring and looks ugly. No wonder no-one sits there. It needs new furnitures bigger bar with bartender and some soft backround music. We planned to dine one evening at the hotel, but it was always empty. It would have been weird to eat there. Maybe the manager needs to walk around more often and think why nobody likes to sit in the lounge or restaurant.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and comfortable. Well located. Stayed extra days. Staff was friendly.
There were some reservation hiccups. But staff was super helpful and solved the issue.

Breakfast, helpful staff
The stench on the corridor, the staff smoking in the bathrooms as there are no detectors, no slippers, poor design of the room.
