excellent location, just 10 minute walk from the colosseum. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was massive. I arrived early whilst the room was still being cleaned but they let me drop my bag off and wait for my friend to arrive, then the room was ready so they let us put our bags in. Good communication before hand. Room was cleaned daily. Would highly recommend.
I was not clear when booking that it was just 2 rooms in a apartment block, but that seems to be quite standard in Rome! Had abit of difficulty finding the B&B when in building and if you dont like those small old fashioned elevators (like myself) then beware, wasnt too many stairs though and Jason kindly took my suitcase up in the lift for me! nothing else negative -everything else was perfect!

Loved the bedroom decor and massive bathroom. It was serviced everyday which was nice yo come back to after a busy day
I think there may have been access to a kitchenette but wasn’t shown this.

Big rooms, nice light, quiet and beautiful high ceilings. Daily cleaning, fresh towels and amenities changed frequently. We got to confer with Jason and Aldo at breakfast, and when needed.
The street outside was not special even though it was within viewing distance from the Colosseum. However, the adjacent streets were filled with nighttime dining choices.
