Excellent location. Room was clean and tidy. Amazing value. Clear, easy instructions for finding the property and checking in/out. Couldn’t hear other guests as they left/was quiet.

Bed advertised as target double but felt like a squeeze still (sharing with my daughter).

Suoerbly located to nearby Gatwick North parking. Comfortable bed. Large room. Self check in.. Ample parking. Only issue was the small shower head on riser rail kept falling off. Our second visit and would defibitely stay here again

Shower needs fixing

Location was very convenient. Room was great but I could not rate other areas of the hotel since I was not there long enough to enjoy them.

6 / 10Average·Oct 2026

Location was good, close to Black Horse is good Room was clean, good size and bed comfortable. free overnight parking good to have.

Towels were cheap , small and poor Shower and tap system poor, shower was virtually not adjustable to get cold water out by my wife ,it took a lot of effort for me to operate, the sink tap wouldn't do cold water. Shower had no door so messy This part of the operation needs an update.
