Ease of access on arrival, with no set time limit.
The location and cleanliness
Four of us stayed, though it was booked for five. I don’t think the apartment was big enough to accommodate five people.
Only one sofa to sit on and no other comfortable chairs in the lounge area meant that guests had to sit on kitchen chairs to relax.
Access to mezzanine area. Although pictures were provided it should be made clearer that access to this area is via steep ladders.

The location was excellent. Located near most of the main attractions. There was a lift, so easy with bags. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom was modern. There was a laundry (with a small cost) across the hallway which was useful.
The check-in and communication with the hosts was good.
We couldn’t find a drying rack for clothes, which would have been useful.

We had very noisy neighbours. At times we felt quite threatened especially in the morning and we opened curtains to one guy exposing himself.
The response to our complaint was professional and thank you to Mike for his help.
