It’s a lovely place. Very central, and a modern renovation inside the shell of an old building. It’s got charm inside and outside. Leaning towards the minimalist style in terms of décor - and it’s a good choice, it works. Lots of windows in the spacious rooms we had, with charming, sturdy wooden frames/shutters. It was a nice space to be in.
You can’t get to the front door by taxi, and it’s down a narrow, cobbled street - but you can get to within a couple of hundred meters. And it’s quiet at night for that reason.
This is not exactly a ‘didn’t like’ but I do want to point out the hot water runs *very* hot very fast - of course that may just be in the rooms I had - but I would urge caution the first time you use the taps and especially if you have a shower.

Love the location of the apartment, close to all the good locations and in the centre of the area I love (albaicyn, river darro etc)
It wasn’t cleaned properly, saw snot smears on the wall next to the bed, the spare doona had big stain marks and the aircon kept flashing and didn’t work so the room was freezing. There was 1 and a half toilet roll and 1 tiny plastic bin refill. On one night, one of the rooms above (or on the side) were extremely loud and didn’t quiet. (Let staff know) also construction noises started next door at 8am (wasn’t aware there was construction) also our room was facing the cobblestone street and anyone who walked past or had suitcase you could hear (as if they were inside of the room)
