The service was exemplary and was the highlight of our stay. Hotel is in a great location, is spotlessly clean and has parking at the rear. Room was a comfortable size, although lacked clothes storage, bathroom was nice and modern. Breakfast was tasty and had a good selection - the staff were courteous, polite and delivered fast service. 12pm check out is a huge bonus. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Tacloban.

Breakfast could be better like fresh fruit juice and real butter with whole meal bread for me. Rice only for dinner for me.not yo my friends.

The staff was polite and willing to serve, as much as they could of course..the breakfast with choice american or philippino, quite good..there is a restaurant and room service with good prices
The room was old, bathroom fittings were worn out, the sink had no hot water, resulting in it getting clogged from the soap that didn't dissolve..noisy from inside and outside at noon..room was cleaned once in the 4 nights we stayed.
