Super happy with the stay. There was a small tv issue but the owner was onto it immediately. Customer service all around was so lovely, spent a lot of time talking with the staff. Dinner was also extremely delicious. Perfect night’s stay on our little roadtrip.

Absolutely everything! We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, which exceeded all our expectations. Having a separate lounge, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom made our stay feel incredibly special and luxurious. The views overlooking the loch were simply breathtaking. The Scottish breakfast was delicious, and every member of staff we encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional, and we felt truly looked after from beginning to end.
Honestly, there was very little, if anything, to dislike! Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation and stunning loch views to the delicious breakfast and outstanding service. Our only disappointment was having to leave! We would happily have stayed longer.

Great location right on the waterfront - excellent views from the restaurant; staff was very accommodating even though we arrived later; adequate parking; breakfast was good
no lift to 2nd level; our apartment was very cold when we arrived (nobody turned on the hot water heating prior to arrival)
