An absolutely amazing find in Venice. The staff and facilities were incredible. Meals at the hotel were also well worth it
Nothing to do with the hotel at all - but our water taxi driver arranged by the hotel on the way back to the train station was very rude

Beauty and history of the property
Some of the rooms with low ceilings were hot and felt claustrophobic
