Really sociable hostel with events organised every day and night, but not a loud or party hostel. The events were more for sightseeing and meeting people. Comfortable and clean.
Lots of stairs, but not really an issue.

I liked that they had laundry service which was reasonably priced. The lockers provided were fine too, although I didn't use them. I did meet a lot of good people though and the female housekeeping staff was kind.
The location is literally in the heart of the most chaotic area of KLCC. It is loud, and there's like a million tourists there. The wifi is good, but it was patchy a few times. The beds are not that high quality as they make lots of squeaky noises.
Going to the main street to the main reception and to the female floor is a hassle, especially when you have a 25 kg suitcase and no one to help with. There aren't any lifts or anything.
