Excellent location, close to several supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés. The apartment itself is cozy and features two toilets (one on the ground floor and another upstairs), as well as a spacious bedroom with a wardrobe and a full-length mirror. There is a large shower enclosure, and an iron with an ironing board are provided. A parking space is available right in front of the entrance. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you might need: a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, electric stovetop, and toaster. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. I would especially like to highlight the large, soft, and comfortable bath mat in the bathroom. There is also air conditioning on both floors.
I wouldn’t call it a major inconvenience, but the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, and the chairs in the kitchen are not of very good quality.

Location was good
Was a little dirty, marks on the mirror, a lot of dust in downstairs toilet, cobwebs on the wall in bedroom, toilet water runs when flushed, dirt marks on the couch, mould around the tiles in the spa, no tea towel to dry dishes. Front window on the outside was full of dirt and needed a good sweep.
