Everything was good :)

Everything. Great position, very close to the lake. Very nice room. We even had a great view of the castle.
Just the stairs up to our room with suitcases. Everything else was great.

The location was perfect. The rooms were very attractive. Parking was easy.
Although there were two rooms in our suite, they were really small. And there are lots of stairs with no elevator.

Staff was friendly, and the location is great! Everything you want in Bled is in walking distance so this is pefrect! The restaurant directly attached to the hotel is also very good and there is great additional options available. They are also dog friendly, so a good choice if you are traveling with a furry companion.
The bed was not comfortable for that range of hotel, more like a "hostel level" mattress at best even though the room itself was very nice. Also only one small pillow. Overall this did not really fit the vibe of the rest of it and seems like an easy fix.
