The warm hospitality, friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, and comfortable rooms make every stay special and enjoyable. The staff are always welcoming, helpful, and ready to make sure guests have a wonderful experience. I also love the relaxing environment, beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfast, and the overall comfort of the hotel. After a long day exploring the magnificent Angkor temples and the beautiful city of Siem Reap, it is the perfect place to relax and recharge. What makes Bayon Modern Residence truly special is not only the facilities but also the people who work there. Their kindness, genuine care, and excellent service make me feel appreciated and at home every time I return. For me, Bayon Modern Residence is more than just a hotel; it is my home away from home in Siem Reap. I always look forward to coming back, and I would happily recommend it to friends, family, and anyone planning to visit this beautiful city. If you are looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing place to stay in Siem Reap, I highly recommend Bayon Modern Residence. I will definitely keep coming back whenever I visit Siem Reap! ❤️🏨

The room was quite spacious, the food good, swimming pool and room service were good as well.

The room I was initially given had a very mouldy bathroom and sink area, the walls were dirty as well .They gave me a better room the next day after a complaint however the bathroom still had some mould, the curtains were dirty, and the shower was leaking. The couch in the dining room was very dirty. The room and bathroom had some water stains on the walls and ceiling. During the shower the water was flowing out in the whole bathroom. The staff was great however the property lacks maintenance and needs proper clean.
