Very clean room.
Very effective owner, we had an issue with the heating which was promptly addressed.
Good location for walking in the Usk Valley. We would definitely stay again.

Great accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. Just a heads up that the bar only accepts cash for drinks, and the nearest cash machine is a few minutes drive, so have cash ready if you’re planning on drinks.

The room was recently decorated to a high standard, comfortable and quiet, even on a busy Friday night at the pub.
Our reservation at the restaurant wasn't passed on to the restaurant staff.
The shower had no hot water at 8 in the morning.
There was no number to contact the staff to let them know this.

Rooms were tidy and comfortable
Staff member was rude at the bar. There were no tables to sit for a drink in the bar as they were all reserved for food diners, meaning we also couldn't get any food at the restaurant.
