Great location. Short walk into the city centre or jump on the tram just outside the front door.
Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.
Breakfast was delicious and well worth the price
The rooms just need a small drinks fridge

Nice room, looked good. Very comfortable bed. Great common areas. Friendly staff, good location for theatre.
The room was smaller than expected and had a portable aircon unit taking up room and necessitating the window to be open. It was a little noisy from a nearby club until very late.
Breakfast was good, but not amazing.

Clean rooms in a convenient location.
Customer service was rather indifferent and breakfast was a slight disappointment.

Staff were very friendly, food and breakfast were lovely
We paid a premium price for the room in September and we were looking forward to staying at the hotel for business. The first room we got had a large loud air conditioning unit on the floor which took up alot of space in an already cramped room . We asked to move rooms and were accommodated straight away. The second room we were given had only cold water in the shower that didn’t heat up even with numerous attempts . I emailed the manager about the problems with our rooms but never heard back..
