We haven’t come across a nicer place to stay in New Zealand! What a gem this cottage is. It’s well laid out, very clean, absolutely spotless. Super nice complimentary breakfast and how cool is it to watch the sun set over the vineyard, sipping an award winning Sauvignon Blanc that’s been grown right in front of you?
Our host had a plethora of things to do and places to eat for us so even when we were here for some R&R, we did go out and saw some of the area.
We slept like babies in the big comfortable bed.
Also: this was the very first place we stayed where our (very soft and fluffy!) towels actually dried overnight and so did our laundry on the drying rack.
11 out of 10 would recommend! Loved staying here and wish we could stay a bit longer.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The place was just stunning!! Wonderful hosts, great location and had everything you needed for a self contained stay!! Even right down to a picnic rug for sitting out on the grass in front of the vineyard!
Nothing although it isn’t really within walking distance to much but shops aren’t far away and you get the amazing vineyard location instead of convenience!

Beautiful location . Convenient
It needed a little more maintenance. Getting slightly tired ( bed end worn off paint ) and the deck required anti moss treatment on the lower barbecue level .
